Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Commercial Intelligence (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account credentials confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorized use, notify us promptly.

Commercial Intelligence is intended for business use. You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of any organization whose contacts you submit, and that you have the right to capture and use the contact information you provide.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited or harassing communications.
• Submit contact data you do not have the right to process or contact.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

Commercial Intelligence Output

Enrichment, scoring, and outreach recommendations are generated by automated models and public-source research. They are provided to assist your judgment, not as guarantees of outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any intelligence before acting on it, and for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable laws and the recipient’s preferences.

Zero Training Leakage

As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not use your captured contacts or proprietary relationship data to train public or third-party AI models. This commitment is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change our fees or plan features upon reasonable notice.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for outages caused by factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain all rights to the contacts and content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us the limited right to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commercial Intelligence and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
